The only relief sought in the petition is that SCC Suit No. 47 of 2015 (Dr. Ragni Singh and another vs. Swatantra Goyal), pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Court No. 24, Kanpur Nagar may be decided within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of providing that the aforesaid court shall decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
