JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed in SCC Suit No.37/99 which order has been affirmed in revision. Apart from legal pleas that have been raised by the petitioner ultimately he has made a prayer that he be granted six months time to vacate the premises in dispute.
Learned counsel for the caveator for the respondent nos.3 and 4 has not seriously opposed the said prayer.
Under the circumstances this writ petition is disposed of granting six months time to the petitioner to vacate the premises in dispute on his furnishing an undertaking to that effect before the respondent no.2 within a period of 15 days from today.
Needless to say that the petitioner shall also deposit the rent within six months as also the arrears of rent and damages payable under the impugned order along with the undertaking. In case the undertaking is not furnished by the petitioner within the period specified, the respondents will be free to execute the decree in their favour.
