Argument is that in the similar set of facts the candidates having passed same course/degree have been finally selected for various posts but now stand is that the course/degree which petitioner has obtained is not recognised by Medical Council of India. Submission is that interview is scheduled for 28th June, 2010.
Learned counsel who appeared for the Commission informed the court that interview is scheduled for 29th June, 2010 also.
Be as it may, on the facts this court directs that petitioner is to be provisionally interviewed by the Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad pursuant to the advertisement dated 18.07.2009.
It is made clear that the result pursuant to the interview shall not be declared in respect to the petitioner without taking leave of this court.
As prayed, put up this matter on 7th July, 2010, as fresh.
Let certified copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel who appeared for the commission on payment of usual charges today itself, if applied.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to inform about this order to the Chairman/Secretary, Public Service Commission today itself.
