JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order in the writ petition in W.P.No.12483 of 2005 dated 06.01.2012 has been complied with by G.O.(D)No.19, Animal Husbandry, Diary and Fisheries Department dated 14.02.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that calculation of the arrears has not been properly made.
2.If that is so, the remedy for the petitioner lies elsewhere. So far as this contempt petition, since it is stated that the order has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek redressal of her grievance in respect of calculation.
