JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
With regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already made a representation to the Principal Secretary, Medical & Health Department, Government of U.P. Lucknow.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Principal Secretary, Medical & Health Department, Government of U.P. Lucknow, to look into the matter and take a decision on the petitioner's representation sympathetically expeditiously, say within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner.
For the period of six weeks or till disposal of representation, whichever is earlier, status quo shall be maintained by the parties.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
