Sri Ojha, learned Senior Advocate being very fair to the court and to the other side submits that this petition is to be simply connected with Writ A No. 37995 of 2012 pursuant to which orders are said to have been passed.
In view of the aforesaid connect this petition with the writ petition, referred above.
Learned Chief Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 1. Notices meant for respondent no. 2 has been accepted by Sri Neeraj Tripathi, learned Advocate. Sri V.B. Misra, learned Advcate appeared for respondents 3 to 5.
Counter affidavit may be filed by the next date.
