1. Heard Sri Rishikesh Tripathi, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed praying for quashing of charge sheet dated 31.05.2003 and all proceedings in Case No. 1888 of 2003, under Sections 39/40 read with Section 49-B of Indian Electricity Act, 1910 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. VI, Jhansi.
3. Learned counsel for applicant stated that applicant has paid entire compounding charge.
4. That be so, let him approach the Court below with appropriate application, which may pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
5. With aforesaid observation application is disposed of.
