Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri O.P.Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 12.4.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of bail application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 12.4.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 4th line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 12.4.2019 section 307 IPC is deleted and in 1st to 2nd line of 4th paragraph of the same order the name of applicant no.1 Dr.Ramesh Tripathi is deleted and in its place the name of applicant no.1 Dr.Prakash Tripathi is substituted and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
