1. Against the order dated 27.03.2018 passed by Vice Chancellor, which has been challenged in this writ petition, petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of approaching 'Visitor' under Section 10(11) of Allahabad University Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as “Act, 2005”). This fact could not be disputed by learned counsel for petitioner and he also could not advance any substantive argument so as to persuade us not to relegate the petitioner to avail the aforesaid statutory alternative remedy.
2. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
