Order (Oral) We have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the pleadings of writ petition.
Though at the very outset, on being asked about the outcome of pending writ petition no. 27280 of 2007, learned counsel is not in position to say anything except to point out an interim order dated 15.06.2007 passed in the aforesaid writ petition, yet as there is consensus between learned counsel for parties that the case of petitioner has been approved by the Director, Higher Education, for consideration under Section 31-E of U.P. Higher Education Service Commission Act, 1980, and the same is pending presently with the Secretary concerned, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to decide the matter on merit and in the light of law governing the subject matter, within four weeks from the date of receiving a copy of this order.
Writ petition, thus, stands disposed of.
