Sri Vineet Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing along with Sri Vinod Kant, learned Additional Advocate General has filed an affidavit (Affidavit-II) on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Department of Ayush, Government of U.P. Lucknow.
The aforementioned affidavit discloses that pursuant to the order of suspension dated 4th October, 2019 the Inquiry Officer has submitted an inquiry report dated 07.12.2019 before the State Government which is under consideration for further decision.
At this stage, the petitioner appearing in person has made a prayer that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned Additional Advocate General and learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents have no objection to the prayer so made.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
