Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State authorities and Sri Shiv Badan, learned counsel appearing for the University-respondent no.3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Statute 16.12 of Chapter II of the Purvanchal University provides for sanction of 'Study Leave' of two years for which the petitioner has applied. It is also submitted that in spite of 'No Objection Certificate' by the Principal as well as the University and also the resolution of the Committee of Management, sanction leave is not being granted.
For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner may approach the Director of Education-respondent no.2 for the redressal of her grievances.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
