JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the E-Mail No.E-38013/BP-01/DC-AC(EXE)/GT-17/PERS.1/140, dated 10.02.2017 issued by the 4th respondent and quash the same insofar as the item No.32 is concerned and to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner at VTTP, Vallur till the completion of 3 years tenure.
2 Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Arockiam, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that pursuant to the interim order dated 07.03.2017 passed by this Court, the impugned order of transfer has been cancelled vide order dated 29.03.2017 and he has also placed on record the said order.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps. are closed.
