It is however the complaint of Smt.G.Shobha, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the financial benefits have not been computed correctly. This aspect of the matter cannot be addressed by this Court in contempt proceedings.
The contempt case is accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioner to seek redressal of her grievance, if any, in this regard by way of independent proceedings in accordance with law. No costs.
