ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 02.07.2013 in W.P.No.16133 of 2013.
Respondent No.4, who is personally present, has also filed a counter- affidavit, wherein he has inter alia stated that in compliance with the order of this Court, the petitioner was paid a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- towards rent up to June 2013 and a further sum of Rs.82,864/- towards rent for the months of December 2013, January 2014 and part of rent for the month of February 2014. In his additional counter-affidavit, respondent No.4 has stated that they have vacated the building on 09.10.2014 and also paid rents due up to that date with interest as directed by this Court. He has tendered unconditional apology for belated compliance of the order of this Court due to circumstances beyond his control.
Mr. V. Narsimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, has admitted that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court in full.
In the above facts and circumstances of the case, the contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
