For Petitioner : Mr.S.Vijayakumar ORDER The first respondent in C.M.A.No.11 of 2012 on the file of Subordinate Court, Ariyalur has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Lower Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal in C.M.A.No.11 of 2012 within a time frame.
2. Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that though the appeal was filed in the year 2012, even after a lapse of 4 years, the Lower Appellate Court has not disposed of the same, which causes hardship and prejudice to the revision petitioner.
3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Subordinate Court, Ariyalur to dispose of the appeal in C.M.A.No.11 of 2012, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.06.2017.
