Heard Sri V.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Diptiman Singh, learned counsel who has appeared for the fourth respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for the reliefs as framed in this writ petition since Sri Diptiman Singh, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for extension of her temporary services has already been forwarded and is pending consideration before the Chief Secretary.
In view thereof, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement tendered and noted above.
