Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By order dated 16.5.2019, this Court appointed Mr. Justice Rajesh Chandra, Retired Judge, of this Court as Arbitrator subject to the consent of His Lordship in terms of Section 11(8) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The aforesaid proposed Arbitrator has sent his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Said Act vide his consent letter dated 27th May 2019.
In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Justice Rajesh Chandra, Retired Judge of this Court, residing at 9/10, Balwant Nagar (Main), Near Victoria Park, Meerut (U.P.) (Mob. No. 9415140228, 9415166417), is appointed as an Arbitrator to enter upon the reference, and to adjudicate the dispute in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The Arbitrator shall be entitled to fees in accordance with amended 4th scheduled to the Act of 1996. The expenses shall borne equally by the parties.
The application is accordingly allowed.
