The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the Criminal Case No.27/354 of 2020(State of U.P. Vs. Ashok Kumar) 7/13(1)(d) read with section 13(2) of Anti Corruption(Prevention) Act, 1988 Police Station-Civil Line, District-Meerut pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Anti- corruption, Meerut within specific period.
Since, the matter relates to the year 2020, it is expected from the court concerned to gear up the matter and make every necessary endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application stands disposed of.
