Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that there was some business transaction in between the parties as Franchise was given for running Computer Centre. Since there was some misunderstanding in between the parties, hence First Information Report was lodged. Even from perusal of First Information Report, no offence is made out against the applicant. However, he is in jail since 29.4.2010.
In this view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, let the applicant namely, Dr. Narendra Bahadur Chand be released on bail in Case Crime No. 720 of 2010, under sections 419, 420 and 406 I.P.C., P.S. Cantt., District Gorakhpur on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned Order Date :- 23.6.2010 S.A.A.Rizvi
