JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sessions Judge,(Mahila Court) at Chengalpattu to proceed with the trial in S.C.No.141 of 2013 and disposed of the same in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Sessions Case was pending from 2013 and the same is periodically adjourned, since the defacto complainant is not appearing for hearings. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.
4. Since the matter was pending from 2013, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
