The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 424 of 2017 expeditiously.
The suit has been instituted by the petitioner against respondents no. 2 and 3.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the defendants have already entered appearance in the suit and are contesting the same.
Accordingly, the trial court is directed to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
