Hon'ble Satyendra Singh Chauhan,J.
Although we expected the appearance of respondent no.4 through information which has already been conveyed to the University but as nobody represents the respondent no.4, we have no option except to direct the petitioner to serve respondent no.4 personally.
Petitioner may take steps to serve respondent no.4 personally for which office to cooperate.
Affidavit of service be filed on or before the date fixed.
