THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioner has sought for the following relief: “Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct evaluation of the answer scripts of the subject MS-O.B.G. of the PG Course Examinations of November 2018 undertaken by the petitioner; in terms of the order dated 21/12/2018 passed by this Hon’ble Court in WP Nos.48194-48198/2018 and connected writ petitions vide Annexure – D.”
2. Sri. Abhishek Malipatil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the issue raised in the present writ petition is already considered and disposed of by this Court in W.P.Nos.48194- 48198/2018 and connected matters on 21.12.2018.
3. The same is not disputed by Sri. N.K. Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of in the same terms imposed by this court in the aforesaid writ petitions.
