By the order dated 26.05.2021 the prayer of the counsel for the applicant that he does not wishes to press this application before this Court was allowed and he was granted liberty to approach the Court below for filing anticipatory bail application.
However, the application was not mentioned as dismissed. The order dated 26.05.2021 shall stand corrected and the Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application of the applicant shall stand rejected.
This order shall be considered as part of the previous order.
