After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, this petition is not accompanied by an affidavit, by any of the petitioner. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition with the supporting affidavit of the petitioners.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
