Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for opposite party.
In-spite of enough time has been given to the counsel for the opposite party, time and again no fruitful result in the matter. The terms of the contract dated 11.07.2017 goes to indicate that CPF has to be deducted from the date of appointment. The CPF amount has not been deducted from date of engagement in 2016. It is often found that objections are raised by the Finance Officer in this regard and why the opposite parties have not taken into account of the aforesaid facts.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the opposite parties are directed to deduct the CPF amount from the petitioners, as contemplated under the rules and the deposit their share as well, if any, within a period of one month.
