Heard Sri Vibhav Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition has been filed praying for direction to the Additional District Judge, 26, Kanpur Nagar to decide Rent Appeal No.46 of 2021 (Dr. Usha Agarwal Vs. Meera Agnihotri).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pleadings have been exchanged before the Appellate Court but the other side is avoiding hearing of Rent Appeal.
This petition is disposed of directing the Additional District Judge, 26, Kanpur Nagar to decide the aforesaid appeal within a period of three months from the date a duly downloaded copy of the order from official website of the court is produced before it by the petitioner.
