THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, B.VEERAPPA J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri J.S.Halashetti, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for sometime, files a memo in Court today seeking to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure-B) submitted to respondent no.1- State. He prays that a direction may be issued to respondent no.1 to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The memo is placed on record.
2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no.1 to consider his representation dated 21.01.2019. Respondent No.1-State shall consider the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
