Shri Sudeep Seth, Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party, the same is taken on record.
Shri Sudeep Seth, learned counsel for opposite party, in partial compliance of the order of Writ Court, offered cheque of Rs. 5,00,000/- (five lacs) to learned counsel for the applicant and photocopy of the same is also placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. Shri Seth further submits that rest of the amount will be paid to the applicant within three months.
Taking into consideration the undertaking given by opposite party, who is present in the Court, three months' further time from today is granted for making payment in pursuance of the order of writ Court.
If rest of the amount is not paid, till the next date of listing, opposite party will again appear before this Court.
List this case on 13.10.2014.
It is also submitted that proper application will be moved within 15 days for withdrawal of case in the criminal proceedings initiated against the applicant.
