Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in respect of the impugned order passed in No.56008/N-2/2002-2 dated 14.10.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to apply the guideline value as in the other cases or at least to adopt the 50% Scheme published by the Government of Tamil Nadu in the petitioner's case in respect of Document Nos.2099 of 1997, 2520 of 1997 and 85 of 1998 and 2098/1997 and 84/1998, respectively registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Vellakovil.
