Respondents/Petitioner WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, the above case through his Counsel Sri D. Goverdhana Chary, praying the High Court to summon the respondents and punish them for committing contempt of the orders dated: 11-07-2013 passed in WP No. 20096 of 2011 in the interest of justice;
WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 27-12-2013 & 31-01-2014 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.
