ORDER
(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Mr.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent forum, challenging the order impugned and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Permission is granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent forum. The impugned order is dated 25.01.2016. Writ petitioner has approached this Court on 23.02.2016. If any challenge is made to the impugned proceedings, tribunal is directed to consider the time spent in this Court. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
