ORDER None for the petitioner.

Petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of both the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“(a) direct respondent No.2 to forbear from pursuing the written demand dated 18.06.2018 in No.CC/162/ACP/YNK/2018 vide Annexure-‘K’ and insisting the Principal, Seshadripuram Pre-Unviersity College, Yelahanka to furnish the information sought therein either by himself or through his subordinate officials;
(b) direct respondent No.2 to refrain himself from harassing, causing humiliation and embarrassment to the petitioner at Seshadripuram Pre-University College, Yelahanka, Bengaluru or in any other place either directly or indirectly.”
3. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Competent Authority. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
