JUDGMENT / ORDER

Affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party No.2 is taken on record, wherein it is stated that amount of Rs.219007/- has been credited into the account of the applicant on 3.9.2016.
List in the week commencing 17.10.2016.
Meanwhile, the applicant is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority along with certified copy of this order who shall apprise the applicant that under which head the aforesaid amount has been credited. The applicant is at liberty to bring on record the subsequent order passed by the opposite party, if any.
