Heard Sri Nikhil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition against his posting at the Primary Health Center, Nebua Naurangiya vide order dated 22nd December, 2017 passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Kushinagar.
The petitioner alleges that he is an Encephalitis Specialist and was posted as such at the Encephalitis Treatment Center, Community Health Center, Hata, Kushinagar.
The aforesaid order of posting of the petitioner at Primary Health Center, Nebua Naurangiya has been stayed by the Chief Medical Officer vide order dated 22nd January, 2018 signed on 22nd February, 2018.
In view of the above order, there is no displacement of the petitioner.
Accordingly, we are not inclined to interfere in the writ petition at this stage. In case the petitioner feels aggrieved by his placement at any subsequent stage, he may file a fresh writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
