This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.5.
In this petition, the petitioners inter alia pray for the following reliefs:
“a) Direct the respondents No.1 to 5 to consider the representation of the Petitioners marked as Annexure-W dated 12.09.2016; and b) Pass any order of consequential relief or any other appropriate order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the ends of justice and equity.”
2. After perusal of the records and in the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 12.09.2016, if not already decided, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and respondent No.7 by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
Office is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the petitioners and respondent No.7.
