ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and Smt. V.Shantishri though the petitioners have informed that the suit O.S.No.1664 of 2009 filed by the first petitioner is pending before the learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District.
Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate submits that a case in Cr.Nos.459 of 2010 was registered against the petitioners on the file of the Madhapur Police Station and that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate at Miyapur, Kukatpally, and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.1668 of 2011 and that the petitioners are facing trail in the said case. Except registering the aforesaid case, the police never interfered in the civil disputes as alleged by the petitioners.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader based on the written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, this Writ Petition is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
