JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents no. 1, 2 and 3.
Issue notice to the respondents no. 4 and 5 by registered post AD.
Steps be taken within a week.
Since fixed period appointment of the petitioner is in the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, learned counsel for the petitioner may implead the Secondary Education Service Selection Board as respondent no.6 in this writ petition by moving an appropriate application within a week.
On failure to move such application to implead the Board, the interim order dated 9.7.1991 shall stand vacated automatically without any reference to this Court.
