JUDGMENT Ag.CJ (Oral):
1. Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appeal may be disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appellant’s appeal in MA.No.9/2017 within one month.
2. On the facts of the case, we accept the prayer made by the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and accordingly, direct the appellate authority, namely the Court of the Principal City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru to dispose of the appellant’s appeal in MA.No.9/2017 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of. In view of disposal of the appeal, IA.No.1/2017 does not survive for consideration; it stands disposed of accordingly.
