Argument is that petitioner has discharged his duties with utmost satisfaction to the public at large. It is submitted that the charges levelled are not so serious warranting any major punishment.
On the facts, respondents are to file counter affidavit on or before the next date.
List this matter after one month.
As an interim measure, this court directs that till the next date of listing operation of the order dated 9th August, 2014 shall remain stayed and petitioner will not be treated under suspension.
However, inquiry, if any against the petitioner is to proceed in which petitioner undertakes to cooperate.
