JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Agarwal,J.
Learned AGA has submitted that charge-sheet has been filed in this Case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Magistrate has directed for further investigation under Section 173 (8) Cr.P.C. and further investigation is in progress.
The writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction that till the investigation as directed by the Judicial Magistrate concerned under Section 173 (8) Cr.P.C. is not completed and a report is not submitted by the Investigating Officer, the petitioner shall not be arrested in case crime no. 29 of 2009, under Sections 364, 323, 504, 506 IPC 3(1) (x) SC/ST Act, P.S. Colonelganj, District-Kanpur Nagar.
