This Transfer CMP is filed to transfer HMOP.No.1 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Kurnool to Family Court Ranga Reddy to be tried along with MC.No. 141 of 2014.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Petitioner herein is wife and according to her affidavit, she filed MC.No. 141 of 2014 before Family Court, LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy district and whereas respondent-husband filed HMOP.No. 1 of 2014 for divorce before Family Court, Kurnool and both matters have to be tried together to avoid conflicting decisions.
4. Other side has not filed any counter disputing the affidavit averments of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent submitted that husband has no objection for the transfer prayed for.
5. Therefore, HMOP.No. 1 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Kurnool and transferred to Family Court, LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy district to be tried along with MC.No. 1 of 2014.
6. Transfer CMP is ordered accordingly.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this Transfer CMP shall stand closed.
