This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.58/2017, on the file of Thirumanur Police Station, Ariyalur District to CB-CID, Ariyalur District or any other special agencies to investigate the same.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.58 of 2017 and charge sheet is also made ready to be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate No.II, Ariyalur. For filing the charge sheet, he seeks time.
3. The above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side0 is recorded and the fourth respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of the charge sheet, the learned Magistrate shall proceed and pass appropriate orders. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
