The issue raised in this writ petition is with regard to release of pension and commutation to the petitioner by the Andhra University.
2. Learned counsel appearing for both parties submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the decision of a Division Bench of this Court in WA No.171 of 2006 & batch. A copy of the said order dated 17.11.2014 is placed on record.
3. In terms thereof, this writ petition is allowed. The Andhra University is directed to pay pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner, as per entitlement, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such payment, it shall be open to the Andhra University to claim reimbursement from the Union of India and such reimbursement shall be effected by the Union of India within three months of such claim being made by the University. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this order. No order as to costs.
