The instant application has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide the Misc. Appeal No. 69 of 2014 connected with Misc. Appeal No. 68 of 2014 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case, it appears that on the last date, that is 17.05.2018, the lawyers had abstained from work and therefore the matter had to be fixed for 04.07.2018. The order passed on 04.07.2018 is not there in the record.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued in this case. In case there is no legal impediment, it shall be open to the petitioner to move an application before the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
