Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel who appeared for the respondents 2 to 4.
Sri Tripathi, learned counsel draws the attention of the Court to the interim order passed on Writ -A No. 6646 of 2018 and submits that it is pursuant to the aforesaid directions that the petitioner who was contractually engaged as a Teaching Assistant has continued in service. He further submits that the claim raised here, of the petitioner being paid emoluments equivalent to those which are paid to Assistant Professors, cannot be countenanced. In any case, the Court finds no ground for the instant writ petition being filed separately since the prayer raised here can be addressed in the pending writ petition.
Subject to the aforesaid liberty being reserved, this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
