The delay in filing the review application, is hereby condoned.
The contention of counsel for the applicant is that his case was one for parity, which aspect has not been considered by this Court in the judgment sought to be reviewed.
In our considered opinion, this aspect has been dealt with in the penultimate paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2014.
Accordingly, we do not find any good ground for review of the judgment and order dated 04.04.2014.
The review application is accordingly rejected.
