Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the Chief Medical Officer, Ramabai Nagar (Kanpur Dehat) to release his arrears of admissible salary for the months of December, 2018 and January, 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that so far as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned, he has already filed last representation dated 22.10.2019 before the respondent no.4 for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending.
