Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Suit for permanent injunction has been filed in 2013 and the petitioner by means of this writ petition has prayed for a direction to the court below to decide the same expeditiously. Having regard to facts and circumstances, no case for interference is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
